Through the end of the month I will no longer have featured artists.
Sometime next year I will start again.

Dan Hardin, artist for July

Dan Hardin is the artist for July, a musician from Kentucky.
I love his haunting voice. I chose Only One, a song he wrote.
Stay tuned he is working on a CD. Check his videos on youtube.
His version of Dark Hallow is lovely.

Cathy Nichols, Paintings & Prints

The artist for June is Cathy Nichols. Many of her paintings include trees and are usually outside. I like her use of color and especially like the paintings with lots of light. More of her work may be viewed on her website, click here to view more.

The artist of the month is Annette from across the big pond, England that is. Her photos have an old world quality. She has many sets of photos on flickr.

Melvin McGee, April featured artist

The artist of the month for April is the imaginative painter Melvin McGee. Growing up on a dairy farm in Wisconsin he learned the value of hard work. This hard working painter was a Marine and stationed in Iraq for 5 months in 2003. While there he longed to be an artist, which he is now pursuing.
